How fluent in English are your agents?

              Our agents at Einstein Support go through an initial test of English and Grammar, who do not further their training if they have not excelled in reading writing and verbal communications. Our representatives are trained to speak with US Customers and also are experienced with dealing with customers from other Anglophone countries.

 

What are your working hours?

              We are in the office around the clock. Whether it’s 1 AM or 3 in the afternoon, your staff is in the office along with a supervisor who can resolve any issues that may come up.

 

How long does it take to get started?

              This varies from store to store. Generally, it takes about 3-5 business days to implement a support team for an ecommerce store, with training included. However, with more complex tasks and for tech support, it may take up to two weeks to get a team together and fully study your product or service.
