Teach us once and we will take care of rest...Once you show us how to do your tasks, our training manager creates a guideline of tasks and principles for our team to follow. Also, we all know how difficult it is to track work and how sometimes quality can drop due to the lack of control. That is why we have our own Quality Assurance Manager who constantly checks the progress of all our agents and sends them reports on how they can improve.
And for you to make sure we are not deviating from any tasks, you get regular reports with screenshots taken when agents are working and timing is activated, and this also includes our activity levels.
